With an exceptionally motivated seller, this condo was on the market and sold in just under a month. In addition to staging each space, I also advised on a couple cosmetic upgrades (painting everything white, the removal of all personal clutter). We used many of the seller’s pieces but chose to swap out the dining furniture and add accents. My favourite part of this stage is the seller’s plants that made an appearance in every space.
